Terms and Conditions — The Pipeline God

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using The Pipeline God (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Pipeline God is a software platform for real estate agents to publish listings, capture leads, and communicate with prospective buyers and sellers. We are a tool — not a real estate broker, agent, or fiduciary.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to operate as a real estate agent in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide and for safeguarding your login credentials.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed through DodoPayments. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to: (a) post false, misleading, or unlawful listings; (b) impersonate any person or agency; (c) scrape or abuse the Service; (d) upload malicious content; (e) violate fair housing, consumer protection, or advertising laws.

6. Email & Messaging Compliance

When you send emails or messages through the Service, you are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), GDPR & ePrivacy (EU/UK), and any local equivalents. You must (i) only contact recipients who have a legitimate basis to be contacted, (ii) honor unsubscribe requests promptly, and (iii) provide truthful sender identification.

7. Lead & Customer Data

You are the data controller for leads you collect. We process such data as your processor under your instructions. You must have a lawful basis to collect, store, and contact your leads.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by The Pipeline God. Your listing content and uploads remain yours; you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display them as needed to operate the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your access ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Pipeline God shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost leads, or lost data. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Pipeline God from any claim arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your communications with leads, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
